The 5th Women in Data Science (WiDS) event is set to showcase a dynamic array of presentations and discussions, featuring three keynote speeches from distinguished international and local female leaders in data science. The topics will address current and critical issues: “Data and Privacy Challenges in Recommender Systems,” “From Idea to Product: Navigating the AI Journey,” and “Ethical Considerations for AI Systems.”
Additionally, we will host an insightful panel discussion titled “A Closer Look at the AI Pipeline from an Industry Perspective,” where industry experts will dissect the nuances and challenges of real-world AI applications.
The event will also include technical workshops alongside a poster session that will spotlight the impressive work of our outstanding students. Attendees will have the valuable opportunity to absorb knowledge from seasoned professionals and engage in networking with their peers, fostering a rich learning environment and community within the field of data science.
