Data science is a rapidly growing field with increasing career opportunities, yet women are still underrepresented in the industry and more efforts need to be invested to increase the number of women in various aspects in data science. One of the initiatives to help in addressing this gender gap, is round table discussions. By leveraging the inclusive and collaborative nature of round table discussions, organizers can create meaningful and impactful forums for knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and community engagement.
We are hosting two round table discussions: one is focused on empowering women in data science in ventures, investment, and entrepreneurship and the other in the area of art and culture. The event will also include posters presentation.
