The WiDS Sri Lanka Datathon Workshop is an annual workshop organized in Sri Lanka preceding the WiDS Global Datathon. The workshop aims to provide mentorship and training for those interested in participating in the WiDS Datathon Challenge, and, more generally, anyone with a strong interest in data science. A series of 5 interactive workshops would be organized and delivered online to encourage participation at the global WiDS Datathon.
WiDS Sri Lanka events are independently organized by WiDS Sri Lanka Ambassadors to be part of the mission to increase participation of women in data science and to feature outstanding women doing outstanding work. Those of all genders are invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events.
